Position Overview:

As a Nurse Practitioner at Driip IV, you will play a vital role in our patient-centric approach to functional medicine and IV nutrient therapy. You will be responsible for conducting thorough medical exams and screenings to assess whether patients are suitable candidates for IV nutrient therapy, as well as providing personalized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Screening:

Conduct comprehensive health assessments and medical exams to determine eligibility for IV nutrient therapy, taking into consideration the patient’s medical history, current health status, and individual goals.

• Develop Treatment Plans:

Collaborate with our medical team to design personalized treatment plans that align with the principles of functional medicine and the specific needs of each patient.

• IV Nutrient Therapy Administration:

Administer IV nutrient therapy treatments to patients while maintaining proper sterile techniques and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Experience with ozone joint injections or a willingness to learn.

• Monitoring and Follow-Up:

Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, providing ongoing support and education to empower patients in their health journey.

• Documentation:

Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records, documenting all patient interactions, assessments, treatments, and recommendations.

• Education:

Educate patients on the benefits of IV nutrient therapy, functional medicine principles, and holistic approaches to health and wellness.

• Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with the medical team, including physicians and registered nurses, to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Minnesota.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform comprehensive medical exams.
• Previous experience in functional medicine is a plus, but not required.

We are seeking RN or Paramedic’s who are very competent at IV establishment to join our team. Must have IV experience and be excellent at it. Driip IV is a clinic that provides IV Nutrient Therapy to help clients heal and return to health! Applicants must be compassionate, advocate for patients, believe in the body’s ability to heal, support integrated and functional medicine and want to help people.

We are hiring for 1 Part Time Position and 1 Full Time Position for our Deephaven/Wayzata location. Registered Nurses are preferred but EMT or Paramedic if they are proficient at establishing IV’s is welcomed.

Responsibilities:

• Establish IV access quickly and efficiently
• Ensure that patients receiving intravenous (IV) therapy receives care that is appropriate for the therapy ordered, from choosing an appropriate infusion device to the management of that device as well as monitoring and evaluating the patient’s response to the IV therapy.
• Monitor patients
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients
• Collect payment for services rendered using an IPad or Computer

Qualifications:

• Previous experience establishing IV’s
• Previous experience IV infusion
• Previous experience with Integrated and Functional medicine preferred

Job Description: As the Front Desk Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional experience. Your role is crucial in managing the front desk operations, supporting our clinical staff, and maintaining the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process patient check-outs using Square, ensuring all accounts are correct. Review and correct accounts processed by other employees as needed.
• Assist the Nurse with patient charting, accurately adjusting for additional services (e.g., boosts, ozone) in Drchrono.
• Complete check-ins for new patients in Drchrono, including capturing photos, collecting addresses, obtaining signatures on consent forms, and ensuring health questionnaires are filled out.
• Administer and register Vitamin D-tests and other requested tests.
• Provide patient support within your scope, offering comfort measures and assistance during treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including general cleaning tasks and seasonal duties like shoveling snow or watering plants.
• Support company operations by maintaining office systems, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient office procedures.
• Design and implement office policies, complete operational requirements, and contribute to team efforts.
• Monitor marketing efforts, ensuring patient subscription to emails, texts, and social media.
• Lead promotional activities, coordinate educational webinars, and manage print and digital marketing assets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
