What if I am traveling for a month and am unable to schedule my appointment?
If you know you will be out of town for a month, simply notify us by the end of the calendar month preceding your travel and we will suspend your membership for one month.
What if I miss a month — can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for missed months. We recommend scheduling your monthly appointments well in advance to solidify them on your calendar. If you need to reschedule for a different day or time, you may do so up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes! Because there are no annual contracts, you may upgrade your membership at any time. Simply contact our front desk to upgrade.
How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel at any time in the calendar month before your upcoming appointment with a 5 business day notice. Membership payments are processed each month on the same date of sign-up. (ie: sign up April 12th, each payment processes on the 12th of each month)

No, services must be used within the month; services do not roll over or accumulate.
If you know you will be unable to use your services you can notify us and make arrangements.
